Description
This is a special Roller Arc featuring a unique guiding principle developed for twisted cable production lines.
In conventional guiding systems using a wheel or sheave, the rotational movement of the twisted cable may temporarily slow down or stop when redirected, before accelerating again to catch up. This intermediate interruption can negatively affect the twisting process.
To prevent this, the rollers in this Roller Arc are positioned at a specific angle, allowing the twisted cable to pass through the guide while maintaining continuous rotational movement without interrupting the twisting process.
