This version features an increased center distance (CC) between the measuring rollers, making it particularly suitable for stranded, non-round, or irregular-shaped products where stable guidance is essential. The upper module is equipped with toothed belt wheels and a toothed belt, ensuring precise, slip-free measurement and consistent product tracking. A pneumatic open/close system with adjustable pressure allows operators to control the contact force applied to the product. By optimizing the pressure, unnecessary wear on belts and wheels is minimized, significantly extending component lifetime. For ease of operation, the pneumatic control panel and display are fully integrated into the unit, providing accurate measurement and user-friendly handling even in demanding production environments.
