Description

Subec’s MS Length Counters are wheel-encoder based measuring systems designed for accurate length measurement of cables, wires, tubes, and pipes across a wide range of diameters. The fixed system features an upper wheel with spring function that ensures precise and stable product guidance by applying just the right amount of pressure — firm enough for accuracy, but gentle enough to avoid product damage. The lower wheel is equipped with an encoder mounted on the backside, providing reliable and repeatable measurement results in demanding production environments. Robust and operator-friendly, the MS series delivers consistent performance and can be integrated seamlessly into various production setups.
