Description

These Roller Crosses are equipped with two horizontal and two vertical rollers. Each roller set is independently adjustable: one hand wheel controls the vertical rollers and one controls the horizontal rollers, both allowing an opening range from 0 to 60 mm (2.36''). In selected configurations, each roller can be individually adjusted toward the center of the block using dedicated hand wheels. This allows for precise positioning and makes the unit well-suited for accurate guiding of round products as well as tapes made from various materials. Standard rollers are manufactured in HRX material (hardened steel cylinders with a chrome layer). Alternative materials are available upon request, including polyurethane-coated rollers, plastic, and PTFE, depending on application requirements.
