Description
The S80 Busbar Straightener in the HWSY-Series is designed for controlled straightening of flat busbars in both the horizontal (flatwise) and vertical (edgewise) planes. The unit is equipped with SD rollers for straightening in the horizontal plane and wide SL sleeve rollers for straightening in the vertical plane. This configuration ensures stable load distribution and controlled correction of both surface and edge deviations. The straightener features 80 mm rollers and is fitted with position indicators to ensure precise adjustment and high repeatability during operation. Thanks to the symmetrical opening mechanism, the centerline remains constant when changing busbar dimensions, eliminating the need for repositioning within the production line. The S80 configuration is intended for defined busbar cross-sections according to the associated technical drawing and specification.
