Anodized Aluminium body, with Ceramic Rollers
Drawing No:Products Ø 0-20mm (.78'') or 0-40mm (1.57'') Rotary Inlet & Outlet Guides for Diameter 20–40mm. Typically used to stabilize and guide wires and cables in processes involving lump and neckdown detectors or diameter gauges. Optionally available with a built-in rubber spring that allows the guide to slightly open when a lump or joint passes through. Available with various brackets for mounting.

Steel body, with Steel Rollers
Drawing No:Products Ø 0-20mm (.78'') Typically used to stabilize and guide wires and cables in processes involving lump and neckdown detectors or diameter gauges. Optionally available with a built-in rubber spring that allows the guide to slightly open when a lump or joint passes through. Other roller materials are available. Can be supplied as either a single or double unit.

Synchronized RGU
Drawing No:This series of synchronized RGUs ensures identical settings for the inlet pair of guide rollers (or pulleys) and the outlet pair of guides. The rotational movement of the inlet and outlet pairs of guides is connected and synchronized via a mechanical shaft, which can be operated either manually or pneumatically. A one-hand operation to adjust both inlet and outlet guides guarantees precise guiding of a round or flat product (see double plane DP) during a laser measuring process. This system is typically used for laser length counters, where a perpendicular laser beam to the product is essential for accurate readings. Additional applications include diameter measurements and Lump and Neckdown detection processes.
