Ceramic Rods
Subec ceramic rods are for precise guiding, spacing, or insulation where high wear resistance and dimensional stability are critical. Commonly made from aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), these rods offer exceptional hardness and thermal stability. Their smooth, polished surface ensures minimal friction and wear during continuous production. Ceramic rods are ideal for both static and dynamic applications and are available in standard or custom lengths and diameters to fit specific operational requirements.

Ceramic Tubes
Definition – A ceramic tube has no flange. The length of the tube exceeds its diameter by a factor of at least 1.5.

Conical Eyelets
The conical design helps either guide the product into it, or helps secure the eyelet itself in place. Material commonly used: Aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃) The smooth, polished surface of alumina eyelets minimizes friction as the wire or cable passes through. This reduces wear on both the wire and the eyelet, improving production efficiency and product quality.

Flanged Eyelets
The flanged design helps secure the eyelet in place, offering stability in applications with high tension or movement. Material commonly used: Aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) The smooth, polished surface of alumina eyelets minimizes friction as the wire or cable passes through. This reduces wear on both the wire and the eyelet, improving production efficiency and product quality.

Tube Eyelets
Definition - The Tube Eyelet has no flange and it has a length factor less than 1.5 times the diameter.

Welding Tubes
Welding tubes are used in the process of joining wire ends together. The inner diameter of the welding tube makes for a clean and strong joint. The material cordierite offers excellent temperature and thermal shock resistance, while retaining low thermal expansion. High strength while still being brittle enough to break off after the welding is finished. Subec welding tubes are available in standard sizes or custom sizes made to fit specific needs.
